Invissium Ltd. recently completed the full design package, on behalf of BalTec (UK) Ltd. for this bespoke automated roller forming station.

The finished station incorporates a multi-axis servo controlled roller forming head and bespoke precision tooling to accurately and consistently cold-form various suspension components, encapsulating precision ball joints in cast aluminium housings.

The station also features an automated counterbalance lift-up guard that raises once the cycle has completed, as well as an indexing collapsible support arm for larger components.
